Gylon gasketing is developed from restructured PTFE and has excellent chemical resistance. Gylon significantly reduces creep relaxation problems typical of conventional PTFE. Gylon is chemically resistant and withstands a wide range of chemicals for extended service life in a wide variety of applications.

The unique manufacturing process minimizes cold flow problems typical of skived and expanded PTFE sheets and provides excellent bolt torque retention.
