Heat Exchanger/Metal Jacketed Gaskets
Metal jacketed gaskets are the most commonly used style of gaskets in heat exchanger applications and operate at temperatures beyond the capabilities of most soft gasket materials. They are available in a wide range of materials and as they are all custom made, there are few limitations to the size and shape available. These gaskets may be supplied as double jacketed or single jacketed, corrugated or just flat metal with no filler.
