Pipe and Hose Covering Cloths
Fiberglass Cloths 1000°F
Made of 100% continuous filament fiberglass, these cloths provide protection up to 1000°F. They are light, flexible, non-abrasive and easy to use.
Aramid Cloths 600°F
With twice the insulation value of fiberglass, these cloths are soft and pliable. They are made of safe, non-irritating aramid fiber and provide continuous protection to 600°F. Aramid cloths are lightweight and flexible, easily conforming to any shape.
Silica Cloths 1800°F
Silica cloths are the ultimate in ceramic-free high temperature protection. They provide continuous protection up to 1800°F and serve as a safe alternative to ceramic in refractory applications.
Silicone Coated Cloths 500°F
Durable silicone-coated fiberglass stands up to industrial punishment. These products resist moisture and oil and withstand harsh environments. Teflon (PTFE) coated versions provide effective chemical resistance as well. Silicone coated cloths provide continuous protection up to 550°F and come in a variety of colors to match equipment and simplify identification of hot or cold pipes.
Aluminized cloths provide continuous protection up to 600°F. The aluminization reflects and protects from radiant heat.
Vermiculite Cloths 1000°F
Vermiculite-Coated Cloths provide continuous protection to 1000°F and remain stable to 1500°F. noncombustible Vermiculite-Coated fiberglass provides 50% more protection from direct flame than standard fiberglass -- heat travels accross the fabric, not through it.
